Holly Trytten

Holly leads software at Insight M and is responsible for setting software and data strategy for the company. She ensures that Insight M systems are reliable and scalable, directs, and manages the software team, and drives development for foundational features like the company’s data platform.

Prior to Insight M, Holly was the founder of an ag-tech startup that uses simulation modeling and weather data to help farmers optimize their fertilizer usage, reducing environmental impact while also improving crop yields. The company was acquired by Yara International, where Holly led the global team responsible for the design and development of the company’s data and services platform. Prior to working in ag-tech, Holly built high-scale hosted systems supporting tens of thousands of work-from-home call center agents at LiveOps, one of Silicon Valley’s first gig-economy companies.

Holly graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience Honors Program.
